# The Hi-Jivers
> The Hi-Jivers are a four-piece band specializing in Rock n' Roll and Rhythm and Blues, inspired by 1950s and 60s music but with a modern, passionate edge. Formed in Nashville in 2015, the band features powerhouse vocalist Dawna Zahn and guitarist Austin John, and has toured internationally, performing across the U.S. and Europe. They have released several EPs and a full-length album, earning an Ameripolitan Music Award in 2023 and recognition in music magazines. The Hi-Jivers are known for their high-energy live shows and continue to write new music, with future plans for a sophomore album and lineup changes.
